RETURN & CREDIT POLICY
All credit claims must be requested no later than 5 days from invoice date. All requests for returns must be requested no later than 30 days from invoice date. To process a credit claim or return email sales@dudleyscuddleybears.com. All products must be returned with an approved Return Authorization Number issued by a dudleyscuddleybears.com Customer Support Representative.
All returned boxes sent back to dudleyscuddleybears.com without labels will be returned at the customers expense. Any return received after 30 days from invoice date will be refused.
All returns must be sent to dudleyscuddleybears.com freight prepaid by the customer, in their original packaging by UPS.
