Our products are shipped directly to you by UPS shipping.  We ship to Canada and to the United States.  All items are shipped via Regular Ground UPS, normal delivery time is 5 business days.  We use the UPS rate system to calculate all freight charges which are based from zip code/ postal code and by weight.  All in stock items are shipped within 24 hours of you placing your order. 

If we have a question regarding your order we will hold your order until we have contacted you.  Shipping charges for merchandise which is shipped back to us, due to an incorrect address (provided by the customer), will still be billed to your credit card.

If you cancel your order after Dudleys Cuddley Bears  has shipped it, you are still responsible for the costs associated with shipping it.
